By accessing the ph334 Platform, registering an Account, or using any service offered through ph334, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the ph334 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph334 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from gameplay on duplicate accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. ph334 relies on this information to fulfill its PAGCOR KYC and AML obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any changes must be reported to ph334 support promptly. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account ownership is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your ph334 Account or any funds or entitlements associated with it to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph334 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
ph334 support staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ph334 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph334 support immediately.
You must notify ph334 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of Account security. ph334 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, subject to ph334's own obligations under applicable Philippine law.
ph334 reserves the right to lock an Account following repeated failed login attempts, unusual activity patterns, or where account security appears to be compromised. Account unlocking procedures require identity verification.
All ph334 Account transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph334 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. ph334 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
ph334 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of KYC, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violation.
ph334 may offer bonus credits, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or associated winnings is permitted. Bonus Funds that expire without meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the ph334 Platform are governed by their respective game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.
ph334 uses certified gaming software from reputable providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and game mathematics have been independently audited. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-run return calculated across all Players and sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, ph334 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the Player's Account. ph334 is not obligated to honor results produced by a verifiable technical error.
Decisions made by ph334 regarding disputed game outcomes are final, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the official regulatory complaints process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph334 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ph334 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances where legally permissible, and refer the matter to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or Philippine law enforcement as appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph334 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph334 Platform content without prior written consent from ph334.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph334 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
ph334's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you to your ph334 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits ph334's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph334's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ph334 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if ph334 determines at its reasonable discretion that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.
You may close your ph334 Account at any time by contacting ph334 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending AML review.
ph334 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the ph334 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ph334 Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect. ph334 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current governing provisions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph334 Platform shall first be submitted to ph334's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaints mechanism. ph334 is committed to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR-facilitated dispute resolution process.
The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
